Home2 Suites by Hilton Knoxville West

Stayed here for vacation. I really like Home2Suites but this location is definitely older than most. Property was littered with trash and cigarettes around. Also, have to cut through a random restaurant/parking lot. to get to it. The room on first floor was old and dusty, doesn't smell good. The lighting was really poor & lacking. Toilet seat kept moving. Annoying. Door was hard to open and didn't set in properly. However the lobby was clean. Breakfast was okay; need more protein. The employees were nice though & frequently checked in via text. The rooms desperately need to be renovated though. I like how they take polaroid pictures of pets that stay in the hotel; and put those on the hallway board :) 2 nights of being here wasn't terrible; it's enough to get by but would likely not stay

After 11 1/2 hours on the road, Debra at the front desk could not have been more welcoming. She took care of our room needs and even advised a dinner stop.|Though short, the stay was just what the doctor ordered. Home2 Suites has become our go to hotel. ||Thank you|ES|Springfield VA

Positive: The spacious rooms. Negative: The pictures of the breakfast you guys serve is misleading, the food bad and if this is fixed it would be a perfect place to stay.

Our stay at Home2 was a pretty standard experience—in a good way. The room was clean, updated, and comfortable, which set the tone for a solid stay. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which we appreciated. The gym was just okay. It wasn’t very clean during our visit, and the Peloton was out of service—but that tends to be pretty common at Hilton properties, so it wasn’t a huge surprise. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety of options and everything stocked and fresh. The location was also convenient for getting around, which made the stay even better. Overall, a solid and reliable stay. 4 stars.

Home2 Suites has truly become my home away from home during my weekly stays. The staff is exceptional—special recognition to Ms. Debra, who consistently provides top-tier service and genuine hospitality. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for an easy and enjoyable stay every time. The location is also ideal, offering convenience to everything I need. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for dependable comfort and outstanding service.
