I usually choose Home2 Suites when I travel, and I’ve always had positive experiences — however, I would never stay at or recommend this particular location. Our experience started off poorly with Lisa at the front desk. Two out of the three of us were charged twice for our rooms, creating unnecessary stress during an already difficult trip. When we asked about checking in just 30 minutes early after driving over seven hours to attend a funeral, we were told we would have to pay an additional fee. There was no flexibility or understanding shown. It only got worse from there. One of our rooms had not been cleaned when we entered. I have few comments about this property:|1. At the time of checking in , the person in the front he told me , today is my last day and I’m glad I”m leaving.|2. The room wasn’t ready for check in , the chairs age on the top of the table , no toilet papers, no hot water , I did call the front office to change room , he replied all rooms have a problem with hot water , it takes long time to get hot|3. I did ask for late check out and Ms. Jasmine she offered 1:00 pm with no charge, after check out they did charged me $46.00 without my permission, Idid contact the property, they told me I have to wait until Monday, in meantime I did contact Hilton Diamond customer service, after few phone calls finally the property lied and told Hilton customer service I did leave at 2:00 pm and this absolutely

Love this hotel it’s so clean & the vibe is relaxing! Great breakfast as well too!

The hotel was clean overall rooms were simple and clean. We arrived after 6pm on a Friday night and was great by the lady at the front desk, a heavy art lady ( this was a family trip so it was about 10 of us that entered the hotel at once) she made the comment of needing to go and get her taser, which offended my great aunt who should have been treated with respect since she is an elder. We were caught off guard about the $100 accidental fee which should have been easy to explain to us but she was not able to do that in a professional manner making the remarks of it not being her $100. This was later explain to us by Ms.Jadean at the front desk which was a huge help. After we checked in our suit we shortly returned to the front seat because we had no sheet in our room for the pullout couch

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so that others and hopefully hotel management are aware of the serious shortcomings in service and communication I encountered. I had booked a two-night stay from 09/12 to 09/14. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to arrive on the first night and made multiple attempts to contact the hotel to inform them, but no one answered my calls. When I arrived early the next morning with my family including a newborn after a long trip, I was told at the front desk that my entire reservation had been canceled and marked as a “no-show.” I explained the situation, acknowledged missing the first night, and expressed that I did not expect a refund for that day.
