Our stay here would have been okay HAD OUR TRUCK NOT BEEN STOLEN FROM THE PARKING LOT. 😡 Yes, you read that right. We were there for business, and on the 4th night of our stay- sometime between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am- someone (or more likely multiple people) took the truck from the parking lot. The photo shows the police cruiser sitting in the spot that the truck was parked in, and I took the photo from the room. It was in sight of our room, parked under a light, and only about 60 feet from the front door. Once the police report was filed, the police asked the hotel to see video footage, and strangely, their motion activated cameras didn’t detect a thing. Really?!? The hotel was clean and the rooms spacious. The kitchenette area was good though a stove top would have improved it. The staff were courteous, though Martin down at breakfast made my stay with his welcoming demeanor. I looked forward to going down eat morning.

Beautiful room full kitchen even had a dishwasher , very comfortable bed , very spacious... Check in was very fast. John had ny key card for me in minutes and also offered complimentary bottle of water. Although I couldn't enjoy breakfast because of travel plans the breakfast room was busy and smells were delicious! Definitely book Home 2 Suites Columbia SC on next trip. And rates were excellent!

I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who checked us in, as he was very polite and welcoming, ||Our room was okay, did show a little wear, but nothing we couldn’t live with. The beds were comfortable (pillows a little soft for my liking)||The breakfast was a little lack luster but served it’s purpose.
