My room was a bit tired compared to the other home 2 locations I’ve stayed at. It wasn’t bad but it was definitely tired. I’m not sure I would stay here over another hotel. I do like having dishes and silverware though. My room was next to the ice dispenser and the room (117) only locked when pulling the door ajar before locking meaning I could hear the hallway easier than I’d like. That being said, I’d give another room here a try on a future work trip.

This hotel is staffed by the most wonderful people imaginable. My husband and I stayed last night with our cat in tow, and this morning we were sure he'd slipped out and gotten loose when I went to get coffee. We looked everywhere (we thought) and were panicking, and the staff was SO incredible. Immediately five people were helping us look, trying to pull security footage--finally a staff member found him IN the room, he had somehow flattened himself to get inside the bed frame. Long story short, everyone was so kind to us, truly going above and beyond for two stressed out, worried people. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the breakfast (after I'd calmed down...) was great, and there are a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby. If you go here, you know you will be taken care of

I stayed in room #124 5 days 4 nights. The room was clean for the most part. I seen minor details that couldve been better. I found a piece of a wrapper on the floor so not sure how well it was vacuumed. Only issue i had with room is 2 bulbs were burned out but there was plenty of lighting that i did not ask to replace. I did let them know at the end of my stay. I did not have housekeeping tidy the room during my stay but i had plenty of towels, extra roll of toilet paper and plenty of paper towels to last my stay. Room is very spacious with a large fridge and kitchenware including a toaster.The hotel front desk agent placed me in a very convenient room to let my dog out as well as load and unload my car. Only issue is back door intermittently had issues working properly and a couple times

Large, modern rooms - and we really appreciated that breakfast is served until 11 on weekends with checkout at noon. What we appreciated less was the hotel staff member who stood outside our room’s door loudly proclaiming his many grievances about his work schedule and having a nice long gossip with his friends for several hours beginning before 7am. Our room’s door loudly was near the lobby, but we still don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect some level of courtesy - particularly since there were many guests only a few steps farther away eating breakfast, and we couldn’t hear them at all, so this person was LOUD. So maybe get a room a bit farther off the lobby, but aside from that it’s a good location and value.

Positive: Friendly staff at check-in. Breakfast was great. The room was clean and well stocked. Negative: We weren't able to adjust the fan on the A/C so that was a bit disappointing. My main disappointment however was learning that they did not have any highchairs available for breakfast the next morning.
