Extended Stay America Suites- Cleveland - Beachwood - Orange Place - South

Positive: The queen sized bed. The mattresses are very comfortable. Negative: I wish they had better deals on their weekly and monthly extended stay fees.

The staff was very friendly, accommodated every request I had. Always greeted me with Good morning or have a great day! My room was very nice and clean. The stove top was rusted, which I didn't need to use. I was informed they are in the process of updating things!

The room was pretty clean. The curtains was broken. They say free wifi and it's not. I paid $5.99 per day for internet that was going in and out every 2 minutes. The satellite cable was going in and out so we couldn't watch tv. I even mirrored my phone to the tv but that didn't work because they internet was going in and out. I told the guy at the front desk and she claimed he was coming to check and never showed up. The vending machine took my money and they did nothing about it. Only good thing was the location near stores and restaurants.

I enjoyed my two day stay here. My furnace went out in my home and if I stayed I would freeze to death. That is why I chose this hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. My room was very affordable. This is not a luxury hotel. There is no gym, restaurant, or lobby to really hangout in and socialize or used to work. They do offer free breakfast but it is more like a snatch and go where they offer snacks, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. No hot breakfast here. But despite all that, I had a great time and staff was very friendly.

The rooms are not properly kept up or checked maintenance wise. Housekeeping is lazy and there is a roach issue, but the location is convenient!
