Nice room..clean has everything you need for a small local hotel. Great location with literally a Mexican restaurant next door. Recommend!

At arrival I was received by a snappy know it all desk clerk. Who charged me for the room again that I already paid for 3 days in advance online. I tried to explain to the clerk I had paid and she sharply replied that's not how it works and proceeded to run my charge for the room the second time. After showing the clerk my receipt via bank app and hotels.com confirmation she realized I was correct. Immediately changing her tone as I made her aware of horrible customer service on her part. First hotel all week I've had this issue. And the room is incredibly low standard. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for the money that if she would have listened would have never been charged. Money that would be spent on said vacation. Just disappointed overall. 4/12/25.

We will start out with the room.Smelled extremely bad, not like animal.I can't even describe the smell.Do not let the price suck you in.Do not get a room here, absolutely nasty.They knock and walk in at the same time , totally disrespect

Very nasty room the first room I got had a strong mildew smell, the second room I got had hair and nasty stuff in the sink drain where I brush your teeth and clean your face. The spider webs and dust on the roof is not very clean either, but most of all the sheets have stains nasty nasty stains either blood or urine or feces. Never staying here again!!!! Oh and I told the employee at the front desk about the urine on the toilet seat I literally cover the toilet seat with toilet paper before I sit down. Nasty. Oh and the red spots on the floor and wall by the bed and nightstand hopefully not blood. A girl can hope!!!!

Great room for the price. Very clean and newly remodeled rooms. The room was booked for me by a friend. I was very concerned about the bad reviews I saw. I was incredibly impressed when I arrived. Great service, quiet,safe and clean.
