Kelly Park Campground

My wife and I camped here in our 20' compact travel trailer from August 11 - 14, 2025. Overall it was a fun experience but there were a few quirks about the facilities that could be improved. We'd made our reservation about a month out, and the campground was only about half full when we arrived. After reviewing the campground's map we decided to reserve Site #11 because it was close to the restroom/shower facility (50 yards walk away) and it was on the outside of the loop road that circles the campground. Amazing! So much wildlife and the springs are amazing. We saw otters swimming in the water and seen 2 bears as well. Such a fun time. If not camping, need to arrive very early because they close the park down at capacity.

I’d give this 5 stars for campsite size and having a large bathroom plus a sink to wash dishes. That’s a great feature for those of us camping without water in our vans. However, it’s down one star for cleanliness of the bathroom (women’s) and down one for the amazing amount of noise they make in the mornings. Sunday morning at 8 they began running a huge leaf blower on an ATV just behind the campground. Then there was a short break and someone ran a handheld leaf blower. Then they went back to the huge one. The amount of noise was crazy. I was up but trying to enjoy a peaceful time reading but it was impossible. They finished up by driving the ATV down the campground sidewalk (not the road) next to the bathrooms at a good clip. Luckily nobody was coming out around the corner or they might

Great camping experience. The family loved this park. A little hike down to the springs and swimming area but overall a great camp ground. Clean facilties. The site was big and spacious.
