Hilton Garden Inn Apopka City Center

Keep searching, this is not a safe place to stay. I’ve been a Hilton Honors member for over a decade and have consistently chosen Hilton properties. That loyalty is now in question. During our stay, housekeeping removed all of our belongings from our room while we were out for the day. We returned to a completely empty room, including a pack-and-play crib that our 1-year-old son needed to sleep. What followed was hours of chaos. Staff claimed they had no access to lost and found, could not locate our belongings, and scrambled to figure out what had happened, all while we were stuck in the room with an exhausted baby. It was incredibly stressful and unacceptable. We have yet to have our belongings returned in full. The following day hotel management acknowledged the situation and assure

I enjoyed my stay! The property is very nice. All of the staff I encountered were helpful, friendly and patient. I interacted with Misty the most; she was super friendly and hospitable. Breakfast is not complementary, however, I found the food prices to be fair. The accessible room is had was very spacious. I requested a steamer for my dress, and I was provided with one. I do recommend this hotel and would stay here again, when I come back to Apopka.

My family experienced a devastating loss and needed a block of rooms and a meeting space with little advance notice. Patrice and Georgette stepped up and took care of us with professionalism, kindness and care. The kitchen staff, bartenders, front desk staff all were excellent. We could not have asked for a better experience. 100% recommend Apopka Hilton Garden Inn for your events, meetings or quiet stay. Thank you so much for everything.

I rented this last minute and very accommodating for last minute booking. I needed to book because of my family members burial and it was last minute. But the hotel had opening and staff was good. I read about the breakfast stuff (I did not get breakfast but room and customer service were A+++). Going and getting breakfast was easier than booking a lower quality hotel that had breakfast. Definitely will be booking here again.
