Holiday Inn & Suites Kalamazoo West by IHG

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the very beginning, Noula, the manager, went above and beyond to help us with our booking and continued to support us throughout our stay. She was excellent in every way, kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly.||Any questions or needs we had were handled quickly and thoughtfully, and her professionalism combined with her warmth truly made a difference. It’s rare to encounter someone who makes you feel so welcome and cared for, and Novla absolutely did that for us.||Because of her help and the overall quality of our stay, this hotel will definitely be our first choice when we return. Highly recommend.

Had breakfast during my stay and was given the royal treatment by Crystal and Kaniya. Very friendly and accommodating. The burrito was top notch, stuffed with eggs cheese peppers and choice of meat. Coffee was good and I don’t normally like coffee

Spacious, clean, and comfortable. For the price you pay, this hotel is an excellent choice. I would definitely recommend it!

Stayed here over the weekend for peace & relaxation the room was clean and the coffee was ok. Unfortunately I asked for a refresh after leaving for a few hours, I accidentally left my wallet behind in my night stand drawer only to come back and find it wide open and tampered with. Now I’m stressed out. After meeting management I doubt anything will be done about this matter. I’ve worked house keeping before and the first lesson I learned was to clean around guest belongings. Not pickup our belongings go through everything and leave it completely in the open. I trusted management judgment on employees but was fooled. I was able to get the names of the housekeepers working on 01/24/2026 and will be filling a police report first thing in the morning. Did I mention the refresh was done poorly,

To begin, this is a very clean, almost new hotel. The room was big, it had a microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker, all the expected amenities. The bed was huge, but the mattress was hard and I didn't sleep well. We were disappointed that a continental breakfast was not included. I guess we should have looked more closely at the website because they have breakfast, but it costs $13.95. And there was one sort of weird thing. The buttons on the elevator are confusing. It had been a long day, and I was tired, so maybe it was me, but why are there so many poorly labeled buttons? I just wanted to go up, not pass a critical thinking test.
