Red Roof Inn Kalamazoo West - Western Michigan U

I had a really nice stay at the Red Roof Inn West Kalamazoo. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. Especially, the manager, Amy, who truly went above and beyond. She was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. It’s clear she takes pride in making sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. I was very impressed with the overall experience and would definitely consider staying here again. I highly recommend this location to others looking for great service and a friendly atmosphere.

Positive: The first hotel I have stayed at that is truly pet friendly, no charge for your single dog. Surprisingly nice room compared to how the hotel looks outside. Spacious and has everything you need for a few nights stay. Nearby to major roadways. Negative: The bathroom did not have a working fan/vent.

The check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazingly clean and I slept so good and peaceful. The manager had helped me times before she was also a very helpful and understanding person. I will definitely stay there again. Good job

Not to shably.. 😉 I’d stay here again.. esp if the cost was lower.. but it’s probably normal.. I imagine. No bad smells or dirtiness here in general. The shower was hot and I slept fairly well considering I do not always rest well away from home. 😱😝 The night receptionist was very kind and helpful. She even printed out a menu for me when I asked for a recommendation to eat late.
