Holiday Inn St Louis SW - Route 66 by IHG

Clean hotel and rooms. Beds were really comfortable. Only inconvenience is that the shower doors only slide open half way and the nozzle is on the end that doesn’t open so you either have to have long arms to turn it on or you will get a blast of cold water on you no matter how fast you move. Restaurant next door is fantastic! Pricey but worth it.

I have stayed at many hotels in my life time both as a family and on business. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Everything was prestine. If I did not know better I would think that it was just built new. On top of that all the employees were polite, welcoming, respectful and attentive to my needs. Morning, afternoon, evening and night shifts. Reception desk, housekeeping, a maintenance guy and a lady who set us up with a small meeting room. I don’t usually give reviews but this facility and employees definitely deserve a pat on the back. I’m a retired small business owner and have dealt with a lot of different personalities over 48 years. All I can say to the owner and manager of this facility- count your blessings that you can find this many good employees to work

We have not stayed at a hotel in quite some time but this was a great experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The hallways and rooms were nicely decorated. I liked the openness of the lobby and bar area and how many people were spending time there talking and enjoying themselves. We were there for a conference and felt that the banquet staff was incredibly accommodating. The wait staff were smiling and were appropriately engaging with the attendees. Overall it was a good hotel experience and we would stay there again!

This Holiday inn is located towards the Southwest of St Louis which seems to be a safer area with a lot of shopping and food surrounding it. There seems to be a plaza right across the street with good food options. The rooms were really clean and the bed was really comfortable. The vibe of the place seems to focus on route 66. My room had the view of the pool which actually looked really nice. I was there during cold season so there wasn't really much going on at the pool scene. There is a really nice restaurant and bar in the lobby area which has some pretty awesome food if you don't want to leave the hotel itself. The staff is really nice and helpful and was able to answer most of my questions or actually all of my questions whenever I approached them. There's a conference room area

Easily our favorite Holiday Inn! Updated rooms that are very nice, excellent front desk staff, lots of parking, and a great location. A fireplace and large-screen televisions in the lobby, a good gym with a lot of options, and an outstanding pool area. Plus, an attached lounge and restaurant. The hotel is professionally themed with Route 66 decorations. We highly recommend this hotel.
