Holiday Inn St. Louis - Creve Coeur by IHG

We stayed here while we were in the area. The hotel is conveniently located, close to shopping, the hospitals, the airport, and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores were nearby. It was a very safe location. The staff was very accommodating. We were there due to a family member in the hospital and the hotel staff was very flexible with us during our stay. Janet from housekeeping was so fantastic. She was very cheerful and helpful. Any time we had a request Janet would be there immediately and made sure to take care of any needs we had. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind as well. I would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and updated. The front desk staff are personable and friendly. ||However, the noise level is off the charts! We were given a ‘quiet room’, but the hotel is right on highway 270. I wish I could attach an audio file. Even with earplugs and white noise, the cars and trucks kept me awake.

Convenient location right off 170. Very spacious and clean room with a newer modern feel to whole hotel. Clean, spacious fitness center with good amount of cardio equipment and free weights up to 50 lb dumbbells.

We had the absolute nicest room that we couldve gotten for the price. It was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond for my mother, who is almost 70. Great place to stay!!

Stay was fine for what I needed. Wish I would have kept driving. The items you normally have in a king suit were not there not even a dirty clothes bag. Ive stayed in several IGH hotels in the last few weeks. This one was the most expensive for the lowest quality! Will not recommend, should have went to the super 8.
