The deal breaker for me was the less than lukewarm water in the shower. After a few hours outside in colder weather to shiver in the shower after allowing it to get to the 4th floor for 15 minutes, that's unacceptable. I tried not to be a Karen when they literally price gauged me by charging $250 during a soccer event that had the hotel full and they canceled my initial reservation. Prices for a king room, next weekend are literally $100 cheaper so I got robbed. Regardless, rooms are unnecessary big, found random long curly hairs in the bathroom and after that freezing shower I tried to use the sketchy hairdryer in a dingy pouch hanging on the door. Tried to use the business computers to get some work done before breakfast. Since the business area is in the dining room, they wouldn't turn the lights on because breakfast wasn't being served yet. ||Asked for clean towels in my room on morning two because housekeeping had not serviced my room the previous day. They said housekeeping would provide towels. When I told them that was not true and housekeeping did not provide towels or make up the room the previous day they did not apologize but simply said that they were short staffed. ||Not very supportive of repeat business customers.

The room was clean minus a stain on the curtains. Beds were clean and comfortable. The AC didn't work in the first room, but they quickly moved us to another room. Staff is very friendly and nice. Pool spa wasnt working and looked dirty. Pool area was nice, but needs an update.

This hotel is the perfect place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean, modern, and very cozy, with everything you need for a relaxing trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. I would definitely come back on my next visit.

Positive: The location is good, yet a little difficult to find. When we arrived at the hotel, after dark, the parking lot and signage was not lit leaving us wondering why it was so dark? Negative: Lights on earlier for the parking lot and building signage.
