Great hotel. Suites are a decent size with good amenities. Microwave fridge, small dining area and living area. Nice large walk in shower, extra hangars. Excellent desk and a rolling desk that you can move around the room. Nice touch. Very clean rooms and service is spot on. Special shout out to Vicky at the front desk. Holiday Inn, this lady needs to teach classes on how to make a guest feel welcome. I would come back just because she was that great a host this trip. However the great quality of facilities also are an added perk. As with all holiday inn express and suites it is made for us who travel for work. It’s your longer term stay home away from home. I always have the best experience at this hotel. The staff is kind and easy to work with. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. And I travel a ton for work, I have been in many hotels. Also if you carry around your firestick like I do, it works without fail at this hotel. Some places the popup will not work to connect to a network. This is hugely important to me as well as the customer service. 5 stars.

This was our first time staying at the holiday in select airport. The lobby entrance was very nice. The desk clerk on duty, Harry, was great! We arrived late but Harry was courteous, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were wonderful. Very clean, thank you Mercedes and well appointed with s mini fridge and microwave. Upgrading for the jacuzzi was worth it. The bed/pillows were very comfortable.||All in all we would certainly stay there again.

We stayed here before a very early morning flight recently. The park and fly option is convenient. We’d definitely do that again. Service was very good. The staff made sure we understood how to get the shuttle upon our return to the airport. We took the 3:30am shuttle to the airport and were offered a continental breakfast. I have never been offered anything so early at a hotel that I can recall. The reception desk had our receipt already printed out and ready when we arrived to get the shuttle. Very proactive and professional. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable but could use some updated. Sound proofing could be better. We didn’t hear any road noise but could hear the people in the next room talking. Turning the fan on solved that problem.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Both times were better than expected. The rooms were clean and had a fresh, not stale, smell. This was a 5 day stay and breakfast was enjoyable each day. Their biscuits were FRESH and not dried out like some of the other Holiday Inns we have stayed in. I can honestly say I would return to this hotel again if I traveled to St. Louis again.
