Holiday Inn Express & Suites St Charles by IHG

We had an excellent stay here. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Norma in the morning. The rooms are very clean and the housekeeping staff are extraordinarily friendly as well. We met one of them in the hallway and she gave my granddaughter this little toy and even helped me with my spanish a little. The breakfast was really good; they actually had healthy options like an egg white omelet and turkey sausage. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it as a great place to stay.

Will never stay at this corrupt scamming hotel again. Be warned you are subject to get billed extra charges. Your privacy doesn't exist. The management will share camera footage of you to whoever asked and only shows what they wanted them to see. My girlfriend was bleeding and didn't know about it till too late. She turned the linens into housekeeping then management told my bosses I stole the linnens charged me $140 . Then said I was smoking in the room witch is 100% false but thier word against mine? When all said and done I was left to pay $390 dollars smoking and linnen fee or lose my job. I live in hotels way more than Im home and at 47years old never once had a complaint. I'm respectful and keep my rooms neat and tidy. I was blindsided by what happened I hope this will at least help

From the moment I arrived at Holiday Inn Express, I knew I was in for a great experience. The staff was welcoming and professional, making check-in quick and effortless. My room was immaculately clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything felt fresh and newly maintained. One of the highlights was the complimentary hot breakfast — fresh pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, and of course, the signature cinnamon rolls that made my mornings! The Wi-Fi was fast, and amenities like the indoor pool and fitness center were spotless and convenient.

Great stay - very clean and quiet. The cinnamon rolls are fabulous! The suite we were upgraded to was nice and roomy. Plenty of room in the bathroom also. We'll definitely be back!

Great stay at Holiday Inn St. Charles, MO. The service was excellent. Monica stood out with her attention, kindness, and professionalism. She made sure everything was smooth and comfortable. I truly felt welcomed and taken care of. I would stay here again without hesitation.
