Holiday Inn Express & Suites Scottsbluff-Gering by IHG

Good hotel for a moderate price. Rooms were clean and beds and pillows were pretty comfortable. The sink area was separate from the toilet/ shower area in our double room making it easier for 2 of us to get ready at the same time. Decent amenities in shower area and water pressure was good but our soap dispenser at sink was out of soap. Breakfast was good with omelets and biscuits and they had great coffee with real half and half. Also, something we weren’t expecting, they had a happy hour from 5-7 with beer, wine, and snacks. I would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

Spent two nights at this outstanding motel in mid September. Without a doubt the complimentary Happy Hour in the afternoons as well as the breakfast each morning of our stay were the highlights. The Happy Hour hostess was extremely helpful as well as being very courteous and pleasant in every way. The breakfast was hands down the best of any sort that we have ever had at a hotel, including those we had to pay for. The room was totally acceptable, clean with comfortable beds and adequate lighting. Would stay here in a minute if ever in the area again. The only down side was the extremely soft water. I know it's supposed to be good for your skin but you just never feel like you got all the soap off. But that's not the fault of the hotel.

Rooms are nice, hotel getting little on the old side. Again with the black mold being painted over in the bathroom. If you are on the first or second floor you hear every foot step above you. I would honestly stay at the Fairfield Inn newer and more peaceful. Holiday inns arent as nice as they once used to be!!!

Durring check in, staff realized my company reserved the hotel in the wrong state. They were very helpful and accommodating. Staff and my superintendent worked out a solution very quickly. Breakfast was on time with much to choose from everyday. My room was cleaned everyday with new towels, which I greatly appreciated. Since covid, this is the first time any hotel has cleaned everyday.

Second time staying here and everything was so nice again. Rooms were clean and stocked. Check in process was easy and quick. Breakfast options and coffee were great
