Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando - Apopka

Me and my boyfriend have been here 3 times and the cleaning service is not daily. We were expecting it to be daily the first time and it pretty much was. But tbh it wasn’t daily. On the upper floors the water pressure is not good for the sink and shower. I lower floors better water pressure. The last time in the shower the device that you put up for the shower was broken because it was mostly the bottom part flowing out a lot and not as much the shower part. My boyfriend loves coffee and he asked for extra coffee and that was always an issue. The workers behind the desk were not all that nice. The blonde European lady never made eye contact. Some of them gave a bit of an attitude when we booked our room and it didn’t appear on their screen. That happened like twice. We also like using the

We had a plumbing issue at our house and could not really use the water, so we had an overnight stay. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. I had no issues at all. Hot shower, clean bed, reasonable price and in the morning the coffee was good! And so were the cinnamon rolls. 10/10 would recommend.

Ignore my name, it locked in from bad stays at other places but this place is a redeemer! This place has a great staff that listens! They were so sweet and made sure to have biscuits and gravy for one of the days for our stay because we had told them it was one of the last things on my husbands vacation bucket list! They were very responsive every time I had a question (I needed an extra blanket) They were on top of keeping the place nice and clean. Room was comfortable. The room was cleaned nicely while we were away. Felt nice to be taken care of while I was vacationing. Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with the management at the Holiday Inn Apopka. To be honest, I was hesitant to book here again. During a previous stay, I noticed a consistent unfriendliness from the front desk and management, the breakfast was mediocre at best, and the room had a lingering, unpleasant odor. However, because this is the closest hotel to where I need to be for work, I decided to give them another try. That was a mistake. I cancelled my stay because my business trip was cancelled, well in advance. Despite this, they charged my Visa in full. As a Silver Elite member, I expected a basic level of professional courtesy. This is my third stay at this hotel, and let me tell you, it has changed for better from prior stays. I even comented it to the front desk lady, and she told me they have a new manager that is on top of everything making sure everybody is happy. They are all very nice here and the rooms are so spacious and clean. I am coming again in 3 months and I will be reporting here again, but so far so good!
