Holiday Inn Express & Suites Morristown by IHG

The staff was kind and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The temperature of the pool was perfect. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Location is quiet and convenient.

Positive: The hotel was excellent and breakfast was especially good. The lady servicing the breakfast area was very efficient keeping the food fresh and well stocked. The hotel front desk person when we checked in was very sweet; however, see the comment below. Negative: We arrived on the property to check in at 4:25 pm. There was no one at the front desk. Called front desk to see if someone picked up. The staff person arrived in the lobby at 4:47 pm. Felt very uneasy about not being received promptly.

Excellent stay. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Check in was fast and simple. Hallway had kinda of a lavender and mint smell that was pleasant. Room was nice and clean and spacious. Was a nice and quite stay with comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice and convenient and the little veggie omelets was delicious as was the rest of the breakfast. Will definitely add to my list of places to stay at again when I'm back in the area.

I could only give 5 *s to this, and I would have given 10*s! Everyone was so wonderfully nice and friendly. Very clean hotel. Housekeeping was amazing!Beautifully decorated. Awesome cookies. Our room was very nice. The bed was so comfortable and quite! One of the BEST hotels we've been to. WE'LL BE BACK!

Great rooms. Very clean, shampoo and conditioner and bodywash are already in the shower. The free breakfast is great. Plenty of options. We stay here every time we visit the kids and grandchildren. Highly recommend.
