Days Inn by Wyndham Morristown

I’d love to give this a 0 stars! We were going to stay there October 9 through the 11th. We get there I pay for my room they give me the key we walk into the room and immediately we noticed there is spilled coffee on the TV stand and there’s no trash bags so we start looking more, and there are liquor bottles in the trashcan. The bathroom door is falling apart to the point where I got almost stuck inside of it while using it. It stunk of urine so bad there was garbage behind the table between the beds. The beds were fully stained. The blankets were stained. There was actually blood on the mattress after going through booking.com and getting the place to agree to give me a full refund they then sent me an email the next day that I was gonna be charged $70 for a no-show fee which did happen

Positive: it was conveniently located Negative: Television worked but wouldn't connect to anything. Wires were connected, I checked that, but wouldn't connect to the network.

We ended up switching rooms as you can see in the pics the first room the TV didn't work and there was about a 2 inch gap around the door letting all the cold air in they offered towels so we could block the wind out but didn't have a remote to the TV... The second room was good no issues at all with it

This place is so disgusting, paid a 122 bucks to stay in a place that is not clean, stains on towels,bedding ,walls, floors, and tables. Roaches crawling all over the walls and spiders in the corners of the room. The tank lid on the toilet was completely broken and the bathroom door looks like someone tried to kick it in from both sides. Would have given no stars if possible. Oh and the pool in the pictures is completely filled in with dirt. Do not stay here !

If I could give this property a rating of 0, I would. Room was disgusting. Dirty floor, food in the refrigerator, fecal matter on the toilet seat, dirty sink, burned and ripped bed linens. The curtains were hanging off the curtain rod. There were burn marks on the furniture and a burn mark and match on the bathroom wall. We called the front desk and the woman on duty came to the room with cleaning supplies and new sheets and bedspread. She took pictures of the room and told us how many people have received refunds due to the poor housekeeping. We then had to clean our room and make our bed with supplies she brought as there were no other rooms available. Had it not been after midnight we would have tried to find another hotel. When we checked out we were told we would receive a refund.
