Best Western Plus Morristown Conference Center Hotel

The pictures online show it to be a nice place. I showed up to a dingy dump. |The room was not only dirty, it smelled like piss and mold. Both the AC unit and the vent fan in the bathroom rattled so loud it was impossible to sleep. |No way in this world that I’d ever stay here again!

Positive: Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was cooked just right and tasty. Negative: Decor is drab and needs updating desperately. Cable TV offers only 32 channels.

Had to make an unplanned stop in the middle of the night. The overnight attendant was very friendly. Helped me to find a tire place to get me back on the road quickly the next morning. The room was comfortable, bed was nice, my king room had a couch. The shower was nice and warm.

Nice room with a balcony, right off the highway. Convenient stop on the way to Chattanooga. Very clean, clean-smelling. Great shower with hot water, large room. Didn't use the pool, washer and dryer or breakfast amenities but everything was easily accessible and available. Front desk people were friendly and helpful.

Rooms were nice but they need to do something with their curtains it allows a lot of light to come in it still looks like daylight in your room at night. One other thing is for the people that sleep late the housekeeping likes to start the vacuum at 8:00 a.m. but everything else was okay. Breakfast bar they need to check the juices more often the orange juice was sour the orange juice was like water bacon was very thin you can see through it but it was crispy
