Holiday Inn Express & Suites Missoula Northwest by IHG

This appeared to be a very new hotel. ||Check in was easy and the staff was pleasant. I got the room I wanted.||The room was good sized and clean and well lit||the bathroom was large and clean and well lit as well||There were plenty of outlets||the TV was big with a good number of channels||the AC worked well and was quiet||the hotel had a nice gym. we didn't use the pool||The breakfast was excellent.||perhaps the only downside was a somewhat crowded parking lot

There is nothing that I would improve at this hotel. | The staff is very friendly| The room is nicely decorated| The room is very spacious| The bed is very comfortable (but I would like softer pillows)| The bathroom is spacious and well lit| It has all the amenities.... Pool, fitness room, laundry, etc| Breakfast is very good with many choices that change each day (This morning| they had eggs benedict as the special.) They always have an egg dish | including boiled eggs, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, oatmeal, packaged| danish, cereal, usually biscuits and gravy, etc.... and the staff is johnny| on the spot refreshing the available foods)| The location is good for visiting several of the nature

This is a wonderful little hotel. The room was clean and up to date and very comfortable. The building, lobby, hallways, and available parking were also all well kept and easily accessible. The person who checked us in was very kind. The breakfast spread was admirable, there were a lot of options! I stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels often, and this one is in my top 3 for sure. Thanks for your hard work and pride in a job well done.

Wonderful place to stay, everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were roomy and clean. We didn't sleep well on the mattresses but everyone has their own personal preferences. I thought the bathroom counter was a bit high and the faucets got water everywhere but everwas very clean. Very quiet and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

At check in I was told the hot tub was working. Go to get in a couple hours later and there was a sign up to not get in. The beds were rock hard and the hallways were freezing cold. Told the lady at check out how disappointed I was in the stay and didn’t seem to even care. Also said the beds are brand new. Also the breakfast foods were cold and empty!!! Will not be staying here again. Only thing good was the room was clean. Beware!!
