Holiday Inn Express & Suites Marion by IHG

Marion NC is a small Mountain Town with limited hotels off the Interstate.This hotel was located perfectly for everything Marion has to offer. Located up on the hill with one side having a fantastic view of the Mountains. The hotel staff is extremely knowledgeable and very kind and hospitable. I have never seen such a Clean hotel. From the Lobby to the Elevators to the Room and Bathroom this hotel is exceptionally clean. The Breakfast is wonderful and different daily. The Lady who works the breakfast is Great. She is Friendly and kind and does a terrific job keeping things stocked and fresh. We would definitely recommend this hotel to any travelers and Business Travelers would be happy with the WiFi here. When we have to be in this area again this is where we will plan our stay! Thank You

I spent seven months at this hotel working disaster cleanup from hurricane Helene. The location and staff were fantastic! Sarrah, the manager, was an absolute ray of sunshine and was more always more than happy to help and/or accommodate me with anything I needed. The front desk team was equally wonderful and always made me feel welcome. They also went above and beyond daily to make sure I had a wonderful day since I primarily worked out of my hotel room. Housekeeping was very good and the kitchen staff were always very friendly and kept an incredibly neat breakfast area. I can’t thank them all enough for kindness and professionalism they showed during my stay. I always felt like part of the family and I would highly recommend booking this location if you are ever in the area!

Clean and modern throughout, spacious room. Nice bed and bedding. Really good breakfast! All common areas so clean. Very nice staff. 👌🏽

Location was a little off the main highway, which was nice. The facilities were clean, updated, well-lit, and felt safe. Mini store was nicely stocked. Room was roomy and clean and plenty of pillow choices. The front desk ladies were sweet and stayed in touch via text. The walls are SUPER thin! The guests showering and blowdrying their hair and talking about breakfast, travel plans, and personal grooming sounded as if they were standing next to our bed rather than on the other side of the adjoining door (which was odd since we weren't a part of their group). We opened our door to find the cafe packed! The service ladies expressed every weekend is like that, meaning food ran out quickly and not everyone used their manners. Those ladies were working hard to keep the eating area clea

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and towels were fresh. The morning breakfast is simple: eggs, bacon, turkey sausage links, cereal, pastries,fruit, yogurt. Easy to get to from the highway and well lit. I would stay here again. Stephanie
