Alpine Inn

Great views and wonderful rooms. Due to the hurricane last year, there is no food options at the INN at this time, BUT the cafe in Little Switzerland is a great option. Enjoy a cold beer or bottle of wine purchased from the little Switzerland Cafe on the balcony of your room at the Alpine Inn. The views are wonderful. The rooms have been upgraded and are beautiful. Give it a try, I dont think you will be sorry.

Stayed at the Alpine Inn this week while I was working in the area, and I will definitely be back! The room was lovely, the details so thoughtful, and the sunrise views outside my window were unbeatable. One of the owners, Steve, was so kind and shared with me all that they’ve overcome (and continue to do so) since Helene—they’ve done an incredible job. Highly recommend this little mountain gem!

What a gem! This is easily one of my favorite places I have stayed in the blue ridge mountains. If you are seeking a quaint, clean, and peaceful inn with amazing views, this is your place! The owners have been working tirelessly since Helene to rebuild what they have lost and are ready to welcome you. The food truck they operate also has delicious food (must try the breakfast burrito) with fresh local ice cream for dessert.

What a story and what an experience, wonderfully remodeled charming rooms totally unexpected beauty, the rooms are second to none incredibly peaceful, tranquility and breathtaking taking panoramic Views of Blue ridge mountains and unforgettable sunrises from our own balcony. Dispite the 2024 hurricane damage to the lobby, the rooms are awesome, so are the owners and their two dogs. Food is great with a great menu from their food truck. Support the rebuilding of a wonderful historic charming place!!
