The Catawba - A Boutique Lodge

This place is absolutely beautiful! Melanie is so kind and easy to work with. I loved just chatting with her! The room was incredible- relaxing shower, big cozy bed, fireplace, Keurig, peaceful porch with rocking chair, etc. My only regret is that I could only stay one night. The surrounding area is also gorgeous and probably wonderful for exploring. Definitely hope to be back, and definitely recommend you stay here!!

Great B&B in the Blue Ridge mountains. The owners, Melanie and Jeff, really go out of their way to make your stay memorable. The rooms are all remodeled with very comfortable beds and fireplaces in the rooms. I highly recommend this place anytime you're in the area.

I've had the privilege of staying at the Catawba River Inn a few times now. It sits right next to 3 top-notch disc golf courses, so whenever there's a tournament, I book a room with Melanie. Each room is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed and decorated. The private patios have the most beautiful mountain and river views. Melanie makes my stay feel like a home away from home, not only with the quality of the room but also the quality service. She's an excellent host, very responsive and available if you have questions and goes above and beyond for you. The Catawba River Inn will continue to be my go-to place to stay when I'm in the area.

We stayed at Catawba River Lodge so that we could play disc golf at the North Cove disc golf courses that are within walking distance. This place was WONDERFUL! The room was clean, well equipped, and had a lovely view of the river. Melanie is an exceptional hostess and will make you feel right at home. And Regina makes a FANTASTIC breakfast. Her omelets were so, so good! We absolutely loved our stay! I would give it 10 stars if I could. Will definitely be staying here again.

I came out here for a short disc golf weekend and can't tell you how amazing it has been. The property and outside seating makes for a pleasant coffee breaks. Breakfast was delicious and made by a wonderful person who took the time to chat it up with me(looking forward to the restaurant and bar). The room I got to stay in was amazing, spacious, comfortable, and very well decorated. The balcony overlooking the river and the disc golf course was a great way to take in the scenery. I recommend this place to anyone, especially those who looking to play at North Cove.
