Holiday Inn Express & Suites Madison by IHG

The hotel is in a safe, convenient location with easy access to the interstate, shopping, and plenty of places to eat. The fitness center is larger than expected, and the pool was clean and enjoyable. We also appreciated the EV charging…both Tesla and J1772 were available, which was a big plus. The only thing that would make this hotel even better would be allowing dogs beyond just service animals.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable! From check in to check out, everything and everyone met our expectations! Breakfast was good as well. Our room was clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we met the front deck person, Terri. She was awesome, very friendly and helpful. We travel to Madison every week for hospital visits and have tried other area hotels. This hotel by far is our favorite.

Stayed 2 nights with my partner and 9 year old child. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff that we encountered were very friendly and courteous. They all deserve raises in my opinion. The added perk of an underground parking garage during the snowstorm was amazing. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the madison area. :)

We stayed here for a few nights, and while there were some good things about it, I wouldn’t book this hotel again for what we paid. First, the good stuff—the staff was really friendly and helpful. When we asked for new pillows because ours smelled moldy, they replaced them with no hassle. Unfortunately we had to deal with them our first night and it affected our sleep due to the strong smell. The parking was great, secure, and temperature-controlled, which was a nice perk. The workout room was awesome, and the hotel itself seemed pretty clean overall. The bathroom in our room felt clean too, which I appreciated. Now, the not-so-great parts—our room had a really musty, old smell, and the carpet had stains, which made it feel kind of gross. The lights flickered, so we were unable to use

This place was amazing 🤩 we called at 1130pm for a room showed up at 12am they had the room keys ready verified ID and we were set. Got up next morning grabbed our stuff went for breakfast had a large selection of food. When we walk by the desk to leave handed him our room key and they had receipt printed already. Room was huge and looked just like the images they posted, everything was clean and all the staff we said hello to acknowledged us it was great!
