Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ludington by IHG

My niece and I stayed here after riding the Badger across Lake Michigan. The check in was quick and staff very friendly. She even helped me join the rewards program, giving us 10% off right away. She also gave us the choice of what floor we wanted. The room was awesome! It was clean and the beds were so comfortable. Good quality bedding with the choice of soft or firm pillows. It sure felt good after a long travel day! Breakfast was amazing! Food was all good, plentiful and fresh. The breakfast area was clean and modern.|As two women traveling alone, we felt very safe. I highly recommend this hotel!

I'm reading these Reviews AFTER my stay. I hope that Management realizes they have a Gem of Staffing at this Hotel. "Clean" - notice how that word pops up again and again? That's because it IS very clean [all areas] and that doesn't happen by chance. "Helpful/Friendly" - You've got a really great Crew here! The Spa and pool were wonderful. The Hot Breakfast amazed me. I've been to different States/Hotels and by far, THIS was the best. The best in Variety and Quality and continuously Well Stocked. [If you are questioning the Price for a Stay, think of the money you save by NOT having to go out for breakfast.]. I booked to attend a nearby Family Event but, after my stay at this Hotel, I'd like to return again just to enjoy a Vacation at this Hotel. You've got a Great Crew here!

The hotel was very nice. Clean room, lots of clean towels. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Body lotion and hand wash at the sink. No little travel size toiletries and no little teeny bars of soap. After spending many trips before this at more budget conscious hotels, this was a nice treat and felt like a luxury. Every time we left the room we saw staff cleaning. It was very nice.

Positive: Reakfast and coffee that's all Negative: Staff, antiseptic lack of any warmth at all!! Thin blanket. Dingy carpet shower curtain one package of sugar for two people coffee. Just cheap well below a a mid-priced $--- room. Dissapoinring.

This is by far the best hotel in the area. The pool and hot tub area may be one of the best if not the best in the IHG Holiday Inn Express line-up. The staff was very friendly, even dealing with new years eve craziness. Im already booking here for next year.
