Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lakeland North - I-4 by IHG

This was such an exceptional and well ran hotel. The entire place was clean, smelled clean and fresh. From the check in to leaving. We had zero complaints. The rooms were very nice, beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever in my life laid on and been in at a hotel & I have done a lot of traveling. This hotel was priced so well and I would have stayed another night but we weren't scheduled another. But I highly recommend this place. They were very easy to work with on a walk in room too. Thank you Holiday Inn. Others should follow your lead.

Easy access, quiet area, spacious rooms. Breakfast included. The beds were a bit squeaky, I think inner spring or box springs. Luxury vinyl appeared clean, but my white socks were very dirty from wearing in the room. staff was very nice.

Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. The bed was a king size with plenty of pillows, we both sleep very comfortable. Everyone we encountered was very professional and nice if we needed anything all we had to do was ask. We were very pleased with the complimentary breakfast and the coffee was really good. We only stay at Holiday Inn Express when we travel. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express. Best, Ken.

Location is great. Right off thr expressway. Service is amazing. Every employee we encountered was professional kind and courteous. The rooms were extremely clean. We will definitely consider booking here again.

The service that Carmen offered in the Breakfast area was most excellent. Always watchful and kept the food hot and available. When she saw me struggling with the Coffee machine she just came up and helped. And after we came back for the next morning she remembered me and came up to see if I was able to do it myself. Which I did, but she was there anyway. Very nice and friendly. She needs a raise. Lol😊👍🌹
