Best Western Plus Fresno Airport Hotel

My family from another country came to stay here, my dad wanted to be generous and pay for their hotel so I had many questions. Sarita since the moment I called to make a reservation she answered all my questions, was very sweet. My family were so happy with how clean and comfortable the bed and room was, they also have housekeeping and very sweet ladies. Sarita also made my ten year old a waffle which was very sweet of her she didn't have to go out of her way to help with the breakfast. All the staff here are so sweet and helpful including Amber. My family will definitely be staying here next time.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and every time the stay is always absolutely wonderful! The staff are always warm and welcoming! And always accommodating! The breakfast is perfect and the entire facility is always clean! This was my first time needing the shuttle service and the ride was quick and the driver was so kind! Best hotel in Fresno closest to the airport!

Close to airport. Rooms are dilapidated. Changed three rooms in 11 nights stay. Ants everywhere in the first room even in the bathroom, the air conditioning system not working, the shower worn and difficult to adjust. |The air conditioning system of the second room wasnot working too. Lit of water coming out from the shower and faucet and the drain can't cope with eventually water built up to our ankles. The third one was marginal acceptable. Fortunately stayed in this one to our checked out.|Breakfast was included but not much hot foods. Want to know when was the last time the self serve machine was cleaned. Funny taste hot water.|Frontline staff work incredibly hard. I talked to them can felt they are frustrated. I suspected if the owner replaced the management team can turn around t

Very comfortable hotel on the way to Sequoia National Park. We stayed one night with breakfast included. Most people take CA-198 through Visalia, but there’s usually a lot of traffic and parking is hard to find. I’d recommend taking CA-180 instead — the hotel is conveniently located near it, and it’s the shortest route to the park I couldn’t find any parking spots around the hotel, so I parked at the next building (a different hotel). The lady at the front desk said it’s safe to park there

Terrible dreadful experience. Stayed night of Friday October 3rd. 315 $ joke. Elevators did not next morning on 4th October our departure day. No help. No bellhop. Lugged heavy luggage dwn multiple flights stairs. Customer service was the worst. I have trying to contact the management at the Fresno GW at airport to see if I could get some credit for a future stay. Left many voice mail messages. No reply. Manager Noy should be fired. Pathetic customer service. We spent 1000$ on 4 nights different GW Fresno area hotels. At least we should get some refund or credit. It sucked!! Please help. Thank you
