Holiday Inn Express & Suites Findlay North by IHG

Easy on and off I-75 Very clean hotel in general 👌 Very clean rooms with every you could need for a stay. Yolanda the evening front desk associate was super kind, engaging, helpful. She referred us to the Beer Barrel restaurant just down the street for dinner and she was right. Food was great, always helpful to have someone knowledgeable of the area and give an honest opinion. My only disappointment was that there was no hot tub, if you have a pool a hot tub isn't a hard addition to add. I'm a stage 4 lung and kidney cancer patient, after a long drive I'm always very sore and look forward to a nice hot soak with jets. Please consider adding one in the future.

Standard king room was spacious and very well designed. Very long shelf to serve as desk with sufficient additional space for two opened suitcases. Large closet with iron and ironing board. Small microwave, Keurig coffee set up, and waist high refrigerator. The room included a divan and room darkening drapes. || The bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower. There were adequate hand soap and shower product dispensers and a card indicating the offer of forgotten essentials at the front desk. ||The breakfast area was being constantly cleaned. The breakfast foods were standard Holiday Inn Express fare. Fresh ground cups of coffee and decaf were available 24 hours.||The front desk staff, as well as other staff all were cordial and effective at their jobs.||The only inadequacy I saw

Stayed for several weeks for work reasons. The room was very clean, much cleaner than most other hotels I've stayed at. The bed was amazing and the room overall was just great and quiet so I could get some much needed sleep for my early mornings. Staff was friendly and laid back too which was nice.

5 star experience! I came in a little late for my reservation, and i was greeted by Yolanda at the front desk, with a warm smile and excellence hospitalit and customer service . They helped me get set up in my room. The breakfast was also very good each morning. Hard working morning crew! And the housekeepers gave an exceptional level to detail in their day to day duties! Would highly recommend, and if in the area again will defiently stay again!

We traveled from west of St Louis MO for a band competition in Toledo. We chose Holiday Inn Express Suites Findlay for the proximity to Toledo, and the opportunity for a large group to book with them. We had no idea the quality and hospitality we would be offered!! Jessica in groups was fantastic to work with our very large group - from dealing with room changes, to extra late arrivals - she and the rest of the staff could not have been more accommodating and professional to our parents and bus drivers. The breakfast was lovely, the rooms so comfortable! Thank you so much for you hospitality! We hope to stay here again in the future, should we travel to BOA Toledo again!
