Rob at the front desk is fantastic. He's professional, polite, friendly and helpful.when I got into my room I couldn't get the TV off the hdmi screen. He came up right away and got ot fixed. I would recommend this hotel. Please note there is no elevator so when you book make sure to let them know if you need the bottom floor. Also the beds are SUPER comfy and the shower water is hot. Will stay here again for sure when I'm in Ohio. Can't comment on breakfast because I leave to early for work.

We were desperate for a pet-friendly property on a very cold night, after a very long drive. The location was great and it was inexpensive, even with the dog fee. Donna at the front desk was great. We had to switch rooms, because the first room’s tub had dirt backed up into it. Maybe it was related to the renovation in an adjacent room. The second room was very small but offered good shelter for one night. The bathroom was fine, but with three mismatched thin towels. Most of the key outlets weren’t working, which made charging and powering up devices, including a CPAP machine, difficult. It was not a good stay, and maybe someday it will be a decent property. The only saving grace was the competence, friendliness, and professionalism shown by Donna.

The camaraderie, the cleansingness and no rude people. Very homey. Very welcoming in the breakfast. Sausage gravy is delicious. God bless. Thank you for a nice, honest, clean place to stay at a reasonable price. Amen. Nothing but love quality. Keep that s*** up!!!

Positive: The staff was very nice! Negative: The toilet handle was broken so you had to open the lid to flush it. The coffee cord had been frayed and the wires were sticking out. I killed cockroaches in my room and bathroom!

Super friendly staff i wound up checking in alot later then expected and Donna was a sweet lady she actually was able to move me from an upstairs to a downstairs room which is amazing since my body was ready to give out from the drive .( I have fibro and arthritis) she also made sure to point out a coupon on key card for pizza if I wanted it. The room was decent it wasn't fancy but at same time it did its job gave me and my kids somewhere safe to stay for night. Breakfast was good as well. It was one of nicest hotel I've been to in a while service wise .
