Extended Stay America Suites- Findlay - Tiffin Avenue

Hotel is nice but I can't stress this more. DONT USE THE VENDING MACHINES. It robbed me 8$ on some donuts thinking it would push out after the first time it got stuck. Yeah, won't do that ever again. Then the soda machine robbed me the first time for 3$. Front desk told me it's not their machines. Go figure, but you didn't tell me not to use it either.

The hotel was fantastic! The pool is spacious and suitable for swimming laps. It's really convenient to grab and go for breakfast. Personally, I appreciated how hard yet comfortable the beds are. However, it was the AGM that convinced me to stay at the place. Jessy was outstanding. She responded to all of my inquiries. made certain that I was satisfied with everything. She was really amiable, and politeness is crucial after a 12-hour job. 10/10 would suggest!

The front desk ladies were sweet and helpful. The location was not an issue. The reason for the 1 score of the room was a couple of things, and not all had to do with the room itself. The whole second floor smelled badly, like someone burnt curry, or burnt something spicy; it was bad. The hallways had mud and dirt caked on the carpet; they must've had a construction crew working (maybe at the indoor pool, because it was closed due to repair). But there was mud and dirt everywhere. The elevator was especially dirty. The room itself had a couple of inconveniences; first, the curtains blocked the air/heating unit, so unless you wanted the curtains opened wide when you slept, you had to push them on top of the unit. Not too mention, every time it turned on, it was LOUD. Second, the shower shel

My husband and I just sold our house and it’s 5 weeks before we can move into our new place. As soon as we got her the ladies at the front desk were super sweet and very helpful, including helping us extend our stay here because the site I used would only let us book 3 weeks. Cindi is so helpful! Our room was clean and usable as soon as we walked in. I do however wish our fridge was a little bigger because running to the store everyday or two stinks. But would stay here again!

Positive: absolutely nothing Negative: when i arrived i was told the room i booked was "unavailable" - waited 45 minutes to be told that it was unavailable because it "hadnt been cleaned yet" - i got put in a smaller room than the one i paif for... the room clearly wasnt clean either. so gross
