I use this place whenever I come home to see my parents. It’s honestly great and freshly remodeled- Laura was super great to me the whole time. I basically live in and out of hotels across the United States year round & every day that I was here for over a week - turn down service, trash service, fresh towels & more were offered to me. That level of service is much more than even some “luxury hotels” offer Clean rooms - hot showers - great staff What else could you ask for ? Thumbs up for this place

Wonderful hotel! The room was clean, shower powerful, and bed comfy! But the best part was the service... The lady running the breakfast cafe this morning was top notch! Super sweet and kept the tables clean and food refreshed. Also, the lady who checked us in last night was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

I am extremely disappointed with how my situation was handled.||I booked a two-night stay through Expedia from 10/17/25 to 10/19/25 while attending a wedding in Columbia. I checked in Friday afternoon (after 3 p.m.) and, unfortunately, received an emergency call early Saturday morning that required me to immediately return to my home state. I checked out at approximately 9 a.m. that same morning.||Despite leaving early and notifying Expedia, I was still charged for both nights. Expedia contacted the hotel on my behalf, but the manager declined to issue a refund, stating the reservation was prepaid and the hotel was sold out. I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had a really pleasant experience overall. While the main lobby area was under construction during my visit, the staff did a fantastic job making up for it with warm, attentive service and clear communication about what to expect. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped — exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. Despite the construction, the hotel was quiet and well-organized, and I appreciated the effort they put into keeping common areas clean and accessible. The location was ideal, close to the army ceremony area I attended, and the amenities that were available like breakfast was excellent. Looking forward to coming back once the renovations are complete — I’m sure it will be even better!

My son and I stayed at this location for our recent trip to South Carolina for the OU-Sourh Carolina football game. We couldn't have been happier with the convenient location, or how clean and neat the site was. The service personnel were friendly and inviting, the room was spotless, and the simple breakfast buffet hit the spot Saturday morning! We were a mere stone's throw away from a nice local shopping and restaurant area and seconds away from the interstate. It was a *perfect* spot for our weekend stay.
