Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bentonville by IHG

Great place to relax after a day of what I call junking with my wife all day. We stay here often. The rooms are bright and the beds are very comfortable my wife says. The black out curtains truly black ALL LIGHT. The buffet breakfast is also good. Close to many varieties of restaurants to choose from.

A great place to stay! Clean, very quiet, and restful. Great breakfast, too! Lots of nearby restaurants. Close to main roads, but no road noise. We'll definitely be back.

Close to the interstate but far enough that you cant hear it from the rooms! Close to plenty of good restaurants and downtown is only 10 miles away. I slept very comfortably and would come back! Hotel was nearly empty so no noise issues there either.

Worst experience we have had and worst hotel. The halls and room smelled. The bathroom had hairs all of the counter when we got there, there was mold all in the bathroom, the AC barely worked in our room so it was SO hot, and the front desk ran our card 4 times, and locked my card because of potential fraud. They argued with me that they didn’t run the amount on the first day and just the “incidental” about which was not true and I showed him proof. Didn’t matter, he still told me I was wrong. Also charged a pet fee for our service dog and when we reminded him that he was a service dog we got snapped out he said he had already put it back. Hotel wasn't bad. A couple minor issues, but Brian handled them quick and made sure I was taken care of. He's what I would expect out of a hospitality worked. 10/10 for him.
