DANGEROUS! Live wires and a sharp dryer vent left beside the ice machine! Fire alarm at 11pm. Everyone go outside in the cold. The printer doesn't work with their slow "business center". However, the printer is there for some reason. The gentleman at the front desk offered for me to email the documents and he would print it. That was kind. The USB plugs beside the bed are shoved in so far that you cannot use them! No coffee in the rooms because "they have new machines in the lobby". I was on the 3rd floor with a 5 year old. The pool was nasty and cloudy, so my daughter did not get to go swimming. That was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. She was bummed. Pictures included (for all of it). Horrible hotel, dangerous, and inconvenient.

Dirty, dirty rooms, in much need of a deep cleaning. If we hadn’t been so tired we would have found another hotel, which blew me away because I constantly stay at Holiday Inns. No coffee pods, a bunch of hair in the tub, drapes we broke AND you could tell had been that way a long time as they were frayed from others trying to open. Very disappointed

Dirty - trash stacked up on 2 nd floor by ice machine for 2 days - smelled so bad Do not provide coffee but have coffee machines in room. House keeping came in to empty trash, but nothing else - was there for 3 nights. Rooms are very dark- blinds are ripped AWFUL !

This was my first time staying that particular hotel. The rooms are a little on the pricey side, so I expected a top notch room. I really like the upgraded mirrors in the bathroom, that light up. One thing I am very particular on is the water for the shower. The water pressure for the shower and the sink was almost non existent. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows could have been better. They were very worn, I feel they could be replaced. The outlets near the bed should be checked into. I couldn’t plug anything in because the outlets didn’t line up with the covers, I tried forcing my charger into the outlet, it wouldn’t go. I was able to use 1 outlet across the room however. I do want to add that the fitness center and pool was also not available at the

As someone who has traveled for work for over a decade and is in and and out of 1,000’s of hotels, this review is definitely something that I needed to share. Marcus, the gentleman who checked me in was an absolute VIP and has been since I’ve been here. He is a professional that is very knowledgeable of the property he works at and the surrounding area. Very personable. Very friendly. Comes of very genuine. Definitely gives the feel that he cares for his guests and loves his job. Every time I’ve walked through the lobby and heard him interact with guests he’s been great. He has said hello to me every time and has been very friendly! I hope his management team realize how great of a staff member he is. Rooms are very clean. All the staff is very nice. Breakfast is hot. And the location is p
