Holiday Inn Express Fort Jackson Inn

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Fort Jackson, SC. I was impressed by the efficient check-in process of the hotel. Their customer service is also very commendable and attentive.

Stayed here for my son’s Army BCT graduation. The room was clean, AC and heater worked fine and the hotel staff was professional, happy and truly did whatever they could to make sure we had everything we needed. Continental breakfast every day, again by a happy staff that enjoyed what they were doing and the food was the perfect type and amount. The best hotel I have ever stayed in on a military base. They deal with an unbelievable influx of approx. an extra 9-10 thousand people on the base every week for graduations and they handle it beautifully.

Clean, great customer service, location was perfect and room was exactly what we needed ( had the small kitchenette, separate bedroom….).

My stay here was amazing from start to finish. We checked in late without any problems. We got there at 11:30 and we still got greeted with a friendly smile. Upon checkin the night person went above and beyond to inform us of the changes made to graduation. The breakfast was simply amazing and even though it got crowed the cleaning staff still managed to keep the area clean and restocked without being told. One of the remotes had dead batteries but that was not an issue I called the front desk and they delivered them within two minutes as I was told. I asked about more towels I was told I could call the front desk. When I say I didn’t even get a chance to call I mean housekeeping was at the door with five minutes. We stayed here during my son‘s graduation. Staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was nice very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was close to everything that we needed to get to. We are extremely happy with our stay and definitely would recommend to everyone.
