Holiday Inn Express Augusta North - GA by IHG

Clean hotel, smells wonderful when you enter the front door. The gentleman working at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Assortment of pillows both soft and firm. Breakfast the next morning was good. We didn’t use the pool or fitness area.

Our absolute FAVORITE place to stay when we come to Augusta!!! The rooms are spotless, the food is awesome and most importantly…. The people that work for this Holiday Inn are the most welcoming and kindest people!! This visit on Thanksgiving we were greeted and taken care of by Ms. Nicole. Thank you so much Ms. Nicole, you made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. You had extra towels and sheets brought to us without even asking… and you made sure we were happy and comfortable with our room. Thank you for an excellent Holiday visit!!!

I would definitely stay at this location again. Alexis was very nice, welcoming and professional at the front desk. The beds were comfortable. My only problems were the bathroom floor needed to be swept. The floor had little balls of dust and hair. Also,even though it was a nice little setup where the Keurig machine was, there was not a switch to turn off the lights that were under the shelf. I like to sleep in a dark room,so I had to end up just unplugging the lights. I like how they have it setup but it should be a switch to turn the lights off. Other than that the stay was nice and I would recommend this location to my family and friends.

This hotel was wonderful. Front desk was Super friendly and answered all questions I had. Rooms were clean and when I asked housekeeping for assistance she was amazing. Breakfast was a variety, so all of us got what we want. But that heated pool was spot on after a long trip. Definitely will stay here again

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The staff very friendly and efficient. The room was clean, very nice. And the complimentary breakfast, probably the best complimentary breakfast we've had while staying at a hotel. Andrea who's over breakfast deserves a special shout out. Thank you!!
