Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport - North by IHG

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was absolutely AMAZING!!!! My flight got cancelled, and DJ at the front desk was incredible from the moment I walked up. He was so apologetic, patient, and understanding during a very stressful situation. He went above and beyond to help me with a late checkout, which truly made all the difference. It’s rare to find customer service that genuine! Brenda, the housekeeper, was amazing as well, her energy was EVERYTHING!! She was so warm, kind, and welcoming. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and that positive spirit does not go unnoticed. The drivers, Mr. Thomas and Kala, were both AMAZING!!!! Professional, friendly, and right on time. We had an impromptu stay here when we had a flight cancellation. It was reasonably priced, had a really nice breakfast, and free airport shuttle which was really convenient. Room was clean and spacious. Nice that a couple fast food places were in walking distance for a quick bite. Definitely would recommend this hotel for any airport refugees.

I lived in the Atlanta area for 15+ years and when I return to visit I have stayed at this particular hotel twice and have had great experiences both times. When flying, the shuttle to and from the airport is convenient. When driving, it's easy off and on from I85 and very convenient to the airport. Check in was easy and the employees were very pleasant. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were well stocked. Outlets/charging stations are convenient and the TV is easy to operate. The parking lot is easy to access with plenty of parking. Breakfast was well stocked with a variety of items and when something was running low, the ladies working the area were on top of things and restocked as needed. I had an exceptional experience thanks to DJ at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he provided outstanding customer service with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work, and DJ absolutely stands out. The hotel is fortunate to have him representing their team!

Where to begin. Been in this hotel since Dec 29 then went to another one but back here again. I would like to thank you for outstanding hospitality from the front desk all the way to housekeeping. You have employed some beautiful people as workers and very much appreciated each and everyone of them. I can’t give you names because I’m not good at that part.
