Holiday Inn Estes Park by IHG

I would absolutely not stay at this hotel again. I stayed for three nights, and the experience was incredibly stressful — especially traveling alone with two babies. On the very first night, I had to change rooms twice. The first room had dog hair all over it. I was then moved to another room, only to be told — while I was eating dinner in the lobby restaurant — that the door to that room wasn’t locking properly. They had apparently just discovered this after I had already moved all of my belongings. Being alone with two babies, that was extremely unsettling. I was moved a third time to a room where the lock worked, but it smelled strongly of dog urine. The odor was overwhelming. After already changing rooms twice, I felt stuck and stayed in the room for the remaining two nights. Houseke

My husband, Nicholas and I spent four days and three nights at Estes Park Holiday Inn by IHG. We were in town for our cousin’s wedding/reception. The hotel was very comfortable and our suite was extra comfy because we were able to manually control the temperature by adjusting a flawless and easy-to-operate thermostat.| The people on staff were friendly and eager to accommodate, especially the Food & Beverage Supervisor, Ms. Jennifer Edwards. Kudos to her! She went above and beyond the call-of-duty to make sure that we had a pleasant stay and received everything we needed. Jennifer was great! I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn last night. The front desk associate, Jeff, was extremely welcoming, professional, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. I also want to appreciate Forrest from the maintenance team — he was very helpful, quick to respond, and ensured everything was perfect during my stay. Great customer service like this truly makes a difference. Thank you to Jeff and Forrest for providing such excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again!

Best value stay in Estes Park for families. Clean, comfortable, and exceptional service. Vanessa, the manager, sets the standard — professional, welcoming, and clearly an outstanding leader. Jae was the star of our stay. Her warmth and genuine hospitality made us feel instantly at home. Michael, who helped us overnight, was equally accommodating and a pleasure to work with. This isn’t a five-star luxury resort — it’s better in the ways that matter: spotless rooms, continual improvements, friendly staff, and true value for families visiting Estes Park. Location was perfect. Fire pits outside were cool. Only downsides: check in was a pain. Line was wrapped around into the hotels bar/ eatery. There were 30 people waiting just to check in around 4 pm on a Sunday. Also- gym was not as pictured- only a couple sets of free weights. We specifically choose our hotels based on gyms so this was a big drawback for us. Someone had their dog in their room barking incessantly for hours. Positives: rooms were clean, spacious, and best of all staff was phenomenal. Super nice people. Latitude 105 Alehouse is connected to the hotel and a HUGE perk. Would recommend staying here overall
