Check in - Easy experience and guys at the desk really friendly and welcoming. 5/5||Room - Had everything you needed, a little dated decor wise, but nice big cosy bed and jacuzzi bath was lovely after a long travel day from the UK. 4/5||Food - After long travel day just wanted a quick bite at the hotel. Lady working the bar was lovely and chatty. Food was average, i had a burger and fries, fries were the best bit. Wife had a chicken caesar salad which again was average. 3/5||Facilities - Wasn’t able to use the pool during our stay but looked nice. 4/5||Overall nice stay!

Rooms are dated. Have bulky furniture with less area to move around and dark color for carpets. Located close to a beach then would have been nice if the room decor aligned with that beachside vibe and the furniture was slim. Room Lighting was not good enough. Most hotels we stayed in had free coffee and tea 24/7 but this one didnt. Beds and Pillows were veryyyy soft, we were sinking in. Cant imagine the challenge for old people trying to get out and also its not good for the back and neck. Location wise - fantastic. Had 2 pools and a nice cocktail lounge.

The outside of this hotel is lacking landscaping. There is a very strong smell that the indoor pool puts off and it is very pungent. The check-in staff was extremely kind and getting through the process was easy and fast. I found the bartender on Saturday night to be a bit abrasive on the phone when I ordered my two dishes. I would certainly not order room service from this location again. I received a Caesar salad drenched in Italian dressing. The chicken served on the salad was very dry, and the Parmesan crisps were soggy and did not compliment. The salad at all neither did the corn chip strips that they added to the top. I did think that the salt and pepper wings were very good but a little plane. There were other flavor options that may have been a little bit more exciting to the p

Great room and breakfast. Went in April and the place was not crowded. Has a big indoor swimming pool as well as an outside pool (not yet opened for the season). Great for families with kids. We got upgraded to a loft room which has a king size bed downstairs and upstairs sitting area and extra bathroom with a balcony that overlooks the rooftop. Very unique and special. Breakfast was good and Beth our waitress is super nice and gave us great recommendations of places to visit in the Cape.

The location is about the only good thing. Hotel wasn't bad. The toilet was right next to the shower so you had to sit sideways. Not even a microwave. My view stunk. Everything was pretty dated. Wifi was decent.
