Holiday Inn Boise Airport by IHG

Priceline made a mistake, the manager took care of it when they didn't have to. We came for my daughter's 13th birthday and I just appreciate the kindness! Hotel is clean and beautiful, comfy beds. Clean pool open late!

This is generally my hotel of choice when I have an early flight out of Boise, which is quite often. The rooms are clean, staff is nice, and they have a nice continental breakfast and decent coffee and all at a decent price. They have a park and fly program and my car is always safe and the shuttle drivers are very kind. Last night was a bit different story, I was put in room 227 which is directly above the entry way and it turns out music blares 24/7. My night was unfortunately not restful before a long day of travel. So pro tip to future customers, avoid room 227 at all costs. Other than that the property is wonderful.

Although there is a dyer need for a remodel, the rooms are well maintained with what the staff has to work with. With this said, it is always a pleasure when I stay at this hotel. The front desk staff, management and especially the food and beverage are top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Boise weather it's for a night or a week. They have an over the top server by the name Pam in the restaurant that treats everyone with professionalism and care. Their chef, John, is extremely good and prepares everything on the menu to perfection. I have never had a bad meal in the 3+ years I have been staying there. Chuck, Janet, and Jose are always very professional, friendly and accommodating for anything a guest ever needs.

This property is very well-maintained and clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only gripe is this hotel as well as others always have such small bath towels and pool towels. I wish they were a little bigger. Would definitely come here again and definitely recommend it to anybody. The area is also a safe and clean neighborhood.

I had a great time. Staff was amazing. Never had to ask for anything, got everything we needed. Especially the breakfast staff. We ordered off the menu and the food was amazing.
