Holiday Inn Arlington NE-Rangers Ballpark by IHG

Miranda Kelley at this hotel is absolutely out of this world AWSOME! She went WAY out of her way to help us out delivering something I had left in my room to our son nearby (his car wasn’t w/him). Oh AND she wouldn’t let me have her Venmo or Cash App to compensate her!!! PLEASE give her a raise! She deserves it completely! What a blessing she is!!

My partner and I were very impressed at the cleanliness of the entire venue, the accessibility and functionality of all listed amenities, and the friendliness of the staff! We agree we would definitely stay here again! My only two complaints are the breakfast (having to sit down in the adjoining restaurant and wait on one employee to come take everyones order, instead of a buffet) and the TVs not having a guide channel.

I would like to extend my gratitude to your staff. This was my first time staying in Arlington and it won’t be my last thanks to Miranda and the rest of the wonderful staff and housekeeping. Everything from the atmosphere to the services to the friendly staff was amazing. Miranda took great care of me during my 2 day stay at your hotel, special thanks to her.

Positive: Staff was friendly and informative. Hotel shuttle available (though during specific hours). Had local shuttle to baseball stadium. Negative: Hotel shuttle not available for late flights

Donovan , the front desk concierge, has been such a great help to me and a breath of fresh air. I was born and raised in Texas but moved away due to the military and after years of not coming home , the Texas hospitality still rings true! I was so impressed that my beloved whataburger delivered to my hotel room. What service !! Just amazing !! I traveled all day to get here and the nicest people greeted me at this hotel and that’s all I needed to finish off and close my day ! I’m here for training and this hotel offers shuttle service as long as it’s within a small radius so now I don’t have to walk in a area I’m unfamiliar with at night when my training is concluded. A big thank you to Holiday Inn !
