We had a nice stay overall at Holiday Haus. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent—very convenient to get around Mammoth. The hot tub was also a great amenity after a long day on the mountain. There were a couple downsides. The TV speaker in our room was blown out, so the audio was pretty distorted. The bigger issue was the WiFi—it was essentially non-existent during our stay. I tried connecting multiple devices and couldn’t get a stable connection, which made it impossible for me to get any work done. If the WiFi situation were improved and the TV fixed, this would be a really solid place to stay given the room quality and location.

Positive: The hotel staff were very nice. The hot tub was nice. The location next to Mammoth Village is very nice and convenient. Negative: More attention needs to be placed on cleaning/updating interior. The mattresses were wearing/uncomfortable. The heater was not turned on because the pilot light was turned off. All items were mentioned to staff/manager and corrected except the mattresses.

Holiday Haus is one of those Mammoth spots that just works. Conveniently located, easy to get in and out of, clean, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of place where the staff makes you feel like they’re happy you showed up, not just checking you in. After a full day of skiing, the jacuzzi is a real highlight. Bonus points if you embrace the full Mammoth experience: step out into the freezing mountain air first, then plunge into the hot water. Painful for five seconds, glorious for the next twenty minutes. A couple of small downsides: reception closes fairly early (around 5pm), and there aren’t USB outlets in the rooms — but you can borrow plugs and chargers from reception if needed. Minor inconveniences in an otherwise solid, cozy stay. Bottom line: great value, friendly vibes, and exa

Stayed in room 15 and 307. The people are so sweet room was clean and came with more then I expected plates, bowls, and glassware! Free tea and condiments even some hot coco! The heating in the bathroom was also incredible would stay a million times again.

We spent a couple of nights here to explore Mammoth Lakes.||First, finding the place was a little tricky because there was no big and clear sign from Main Street.||We got a "suite", which was spacious. It had a king bed, TV, sofa, fridge and microwave. NOTE that there was no utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses. There was also no AC, no safe, no room cleaning and no breakfast included.||The room was old and dated but if you're only there to sleep, I suppose it does the job.||Frankly, I wouldn't stay here again.
