Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront

Five stars! We had an incredible stay at the Hilton Saint Augustine Historic Bayfront and would certainly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the historic district with a stunning view of the water. From the moment we arrived, the outstanding hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our entire trip. The Bar Staff and the Valet were all very personable, professional, and responsive. The hospitality here is top-notch, and the location is perfect for exploring the Historic District and its many shops and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again!

Wow! First time staying at this resort and I tell you what, I want to return. First and foremost, Beverly at the front desk was amazing and wonderful. Faith was also at the front desk. They work great together. Very friendly and attentive. ||Rooms were clean and well maintained. Had a little issue with the shower door but resolved quickly so thank you to the maintenance person that took care of us. This is not meant to be a negative thing but how quickly they took care of it. My wife, father-in-law and mother-in-law enjoyed it very much. ||Location amazing. The outside of the hotel well decorated for the season and very nice. ||The noise level was not a bother. Even though it was busy out with all the lights. ||We will return and stay here for sure. ||Thanks again to Beverl

The view here is absolutely beautiful. You can waste the afternoon away sitting on one of the many benches watching boats pass by. There is a paved walking path along this area as well if you'd also like to walk along the waterfront to take in the views. The location of the hotel is perfect. With the views and the walking proximity to all the best shopping and restaurants St Augustine has to offer, you can't go wrong staying here.

The Positives: This hotel is in the perfect location, close to everything. The 2 ladies at the front desk, particularly the young woman from Ireland, were very kind and recommended a beach nearby. The big Negative/Concern: we were staying in town and knew it could be noisy outside the hotel, but we weren’t expecting construction to start in our hotel a couple rooms down from us at 6 a.m. They were banging around, dropping things, and talking. The location of this hotel was wonderful, but I wouldn’t come back. Construction that early without even trying to be quiet shows a low regard for their current hotel guests. For what you pay, I was expecting a more welcoming and hospitable environment.
