Hilton Long Beach

Stayed here for a 2 day business trip. Check in was a smooth affair and I was off to my room on the 7th floor within minutes of arrival. I was recognised as a Hilton gold card holder and provided with a bag with some water and some snacks on arrival, which was a nice touch. My room was a King with a corner balcony on the 7th floor. The room was immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower pleasant and everything as it should be. I had breakfast on both mornings of my stay, which was delicious. The buffet was $32 and everything was fresh and well cooked, with a huge variety of options. The staff at breakfast were exceptional, too. Check out was equally smooth and painless, with my gold card member benefits of dining credit applied without question or concern. The hotel felt great

Positive: To my surprise the hotel has a shuttle that will do drop offs and pick ups within a mile radius. I love the infused water and other drinks available daily. Negative: There appears to only be one shuttle, the wait can be long. House keeping did not take care of my room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, came in for a work conference. From the moment I checked in the staff was very welcoming, professional & attentive. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location was convenient, and everything easily accessible. They also offered free shuttle rides into the pier and surrounding areas. Maria C one of our drivers was amazing shout out to her for recommending places to eat & explore also another shout out to Alex on our last day drove us to the Harbor Cruise location he was very friendly! And let’s not forget about the complimentary take home souvenir ducks

Outstanding stay at Hilton Long Beach! Service was impeccable from start to finish. Juan at the front desk was absolutely amazing—welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The security guard and every single employee we came in contact with were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly taken care of. Breakfast was amazing with great variety and quality, and our balcony room was beyond expectations—spacious, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax. This stay exceeded all of our expectations, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
