From the moment I walked in, the place just felt right, clean, welcoming, and clearly well cared for. Everything was exactly what I hoped it would be, and my room was in perfect shape, spotless and comfortable with not a dust bunny in sight. You could tell real effort goes into keeping everything looking fresh and organized. What really made the experience special though was the service. Meme helped me during my stay, and she was amazing — so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made me feel valued and taken care of, not just like another guest. Because of the overall experience and Meme’s incredible hospitality, I’ll definitely be coming back.

My trip at the Hilton was an absolute pleasure this holiday season. Check-in was a breeze, and the valet parking was super convenient. Julian in valet really saved me by helping me with my luggage, as I had just recently broken my finger. He was quick to help with a great attitude. The front desk staff were lovely as well, very helpful with information on what I should do during my stay. The Hilton is located perfectly in downtown Knoxville, which made it super easy to explore the area. There’s plenty of local bars and shops just a couple blocks away. The restaurant inside of the hotel also brought a lovely atmosphere for when I was not quite feeling up for an adventure. I’m so grateful for my stay and to see a smile on so many worker’s faces during the holiday. I really love that southern

I stayed here last week on a business trip with my fiancé. The good- the valet parking is excellent, the front desk staff so helpful. Shelby recommended the in-house restaurant; she was right on target with that! Service with a smile from all staff we encountered. We felt welcomed from beginning to end. Our room was very clean and well equipped. I liked having a tub and a king-sized bed. We enjoyed having Starbucks in the hotel, that is very convenient. The bad- elevators are slow and the hotel is dated. This will not deter me from staying in future, given the opportunity. The off-season pricing made it feel like a good bargain. All in all, I give a 5 star because the people are so nice. If you are looking for a room downtown Knoxville, this one is worth a try!

Positive: "" Negative: Don't plan to sleep if you check in late. Staff will place you in one of a few noise rooms directly under the elevator mechanism on the roof. They know these are noisy rooms and fill them last.

Our rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a nice space to relax after a day out. The staff was friendly and helpful, the valet “meme” to good care of my car, making our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the nice dining options on-site. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely recommend it for a fun getaway!
