Convenient location. Friendly, professional front desk staff. Easy to navigate floor plan. Spacious room with comfortable bed for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, good experience.

I do drive touring coaches. I stay in this hotel from 11/7 - 11/9 because my company reserved here. Great parking area specially for a big motorcoach. I had a great experience with the front desk staff. But had bad experience with the lady name Angel in the breakfast area. I had a couple bouchers for breakfast. The first morning I let Ms. Angel know I had a boucher. She replied very rudely "Give me the boucher before getting anything" I gave her the boucher and I told myself don't let this make a bad day. The next day I had to leave very early. So no chance for full breakfast. Ms. Angel was setting up everything for breakfast so I asked her for a couple slice of bread because I had to drive for a couple hours she replied again very rudely. " I don't have any bread. Positive: the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Negative: The rooms are dated and in bad shape. The shower was in horrible condition with mold and rust

In short, this was not the Hilton experience I’m accustomed to. The first room had a broken shower door that became stuck while the shower was running. A maintenance technician arrived the following morning and advised us to move rooms. Unfortunately, the second room also had a broken shower door. In addition, neither room was properly cleaned, and the furniture in both rooms was noticeably worn. Due to these issues, I will not be returning.

This was the worst Hilton stay that I have ever had. First the supplies in the shower were either empty or very low. The room phone did not work. Additionally, the shower and the toilet were very, very slow draining, do I called the front desk using my mobile. They sent someone up, who opened the door and handed me a plunger. Terrible service.
