The front desk staff, particularly Abigail, demonstrated exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. Abigail proactively communicated with us throughout our stay to ensure all our needs were met. Following our check-out, my husband inadvertently left his pill case in the room, and Abigail promptly contacted me to inform us and facilitate its retrieval. This level of attentiveness is commendable, as many establishments might not extend such a courtesy. The professionalism exhibited by the hotel staff was truly impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were clean and beautiful as well the entire hotel. I am an avid stairwell walker and they were the prettiest most enjoyable stairwells I’ve ever been in! 😊 and the fitness center was gorgeous, which is very hard to say about most fitness these days. It seemed like a long walk from historic downtown, but actually it was not bad. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for one night. Check in was easy. The hotel is dog friendly, but there's an extra charge. The hotel also charges a rather hefty parking fee of $25. We have an electric vehicle and there is a charger on-site. The charger is not high speed, but we got a full charge overnight. The room was mostly comfy, but humid. The location is in proximity to the old town, but it's a mile or so to walk. There are sidewalks and the area is beautiful and interesting, so the walk was a benefit. We would probably stay here again.

I am extremely disappointed with our recent stay at this Hilton property. This experience did not come close to meeting the Hilton promise we’ve come to expect. Upon arrival, we were unable to check in for nearly three hours due to a “system being down.” I will say the manager and front desk were calm and very polite given the circumstances. During our stay, housekeeping did not service our room for three consecutive days. We were later told this was because a t-shirt had been left on the bed. Meanwhile, no trash was emptied, nothing was restocked, no fresh towels were provided, and used Kleenexes were literally thrown into the bathroom rather than properly disposed of.
