Staff is beautiful. Rooms r great. Very clean. Yes, I would return with no problem. Very good place to chill with the one u love. We enjoyed ourselves. Everything u need is n the room. Great place. Thanks Hilton.
Stayed here out of desperation during a snowstorm. This hotel should not have Hilton‘s name attached to it. The front desk staff was less than professional. The hallway smelled like mold and mildew. The front lobby chairs in the dining area were worn, torn, and gross. The room did not smell however the walls were scuffed and filthy. The sheets were probably 100% polyester. The bathtub? I wouldn’t bathe my dog in it. It was gross. Only stay here if you too are desperate.
Stayed here for two nights as the motorcoach driver of an athletic team. First of all, parking a 50’ motorcoach was very difficult to find the appropriate space in their parking lot. If I had parked it where I was told to, I would have blocked in the other commercial vehicles that were parked in the rear of the hotel and they would not have been able to exit in the morning. The hotel is situated in a very congested area and was very difficult to make a left hand turn out of the property. The room was basically the same as most Garden Inns with nothing that was exceptional. The towels were of nice quality, however the water pressure in my shower was extremely weak. The bedding was all very comfortable. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I do not ever eat hotel breakfasts.
Positive: Location and price is why I chose this property. Negative: The lobby seems very nice, but the room was well worn and overdue for a renovation. Thinking the breakfast was gratis and being presented with an $18 bill was surprising and way overpriced for a limited buffet.
The hotel itself is on par with what’d you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn - nothing crazy nice but not bad. A little dated perhaps but overall fine. The staff was mostly helpful and accommodating. We checked in ahead of a big winter snowstorm & they helped us with an early check in and a late checkout the next day. Biggest complaint is that after the storm dumped nearly 2 feet of snow, they didn’t plow the parking lot until very late in the afternoon the next day. Thank god I brought a snow shovel because I not only had to dig my own car out (to be expected) but I personally had to shovel a path all the way out of the parking lot to the main road so that my family and I could actually leave the hotel (our car is a low-set sedan that couldn’t make it through the 2ft of snow without tha
