Extended Stay America Suites- Norwalk - Stamford

This Norwalk, CT Extended Stay America Hotel is 5 plus stars. Between the friendly staff, and cleanliness of the rooms, it has been a fantastic experience. The front staff Tiara, Sasha, and Lisette are absolutely amazing. They are smiling, and really enjoy answering any questions you may have while other hotels always act like you are bothering them. The customer service, hospitality industry is strong here. They understand whether staying one night, or several, or even months, it is our home away from home and they are so welcoming. The cleaning staff as well, always smiling and helpful. The rooms, the hallways, common areas are all incredibly clean, and taken care of. I’ve stayed all over the United States, and this hotel is one of the best hotels out there. Keep up the good work.

From a wonderful hotel last night to this place today, well, it's a disappointment. We will be staying here only one night. The lobby/front desk is shabby and dated. The young man at the counter though was very nice and professional. |The elevator was like the lobby-shabby and dated. |Our room is shabby and dated. Only one nightstand.

Positive: Suite size was large Negative: There is no breakfast. This should not be listed in the amenities list. Room had a kitchen but there was nothing in the cabinets and drawers; no plates, cups, pans or utensils.

The management + staff are lit. Very coordinated and flow together all day everyday meeting needs and maintaining the hotel. They went beyond to make sure we were good while we were there. They helped us through worst times till we finally found an apartment. We're Definitely grateful 💪♥️

Our ESA stay has been superb. It's a special place - high on a hill surrounded by majestic trees with ivy tumbling down & far from the sounds of traffic. The staff is wonderful, caring and friendly, managed by Tiara Thomas who goes the extra mile to make people feel safe and at home. We recommend ESA highly!
