Courtyard by Marriott Norwalk

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel! I recently hosted my son’s 9th birthday here, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the start, Chelsea, the Sales Manager, was incredibly responsive and provided all the information I needed right away. On the day of the event, Laura, the Event Specialist, went above and beyond to assist with everything—from the room setup to the catered food. My guests are still raving about how delicious the catering was and how beautiful everything looked. The hotel’s location is ideal, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be returning in the future. Thank you, Chelsea and Laura, for making my son’s birthday so special!

We were very satisfied with our recent stay at The Courtyard Marriott Norwalk. This hotel was recently renovated and the cleanliness/comfort was top notch. (The entrance is still under reconstruction, but that did not affect our stay at all.) The staff was warm and welcoming. The room was newly renovated, super clean, with very comfortable bedding, and for me, the best part was that it seemed sound-proofed. I was nervous about sleep when I saw that there were many people staying there for a wedding. Excellent blackout curtains as well. The Bistro was perfect for breakfast with good coffee in the morning. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Everyone in the staff went out of their way to assist us in evaluating extended stay options during our month long stay. Special shout-out to Lily who really elevated the guest experience. She listened to - and set us up on a guest room that met all our requirements. ||Upon checking in, the front desk was quick, friendly, and helpful with very little waiting time experienced. The room was clean - and was kept pristine throughout our month’s stay. Again, the staff listened to - and satisfied all our requests for extras and amenities. Everything was freshly cleaned everyday. We felt very comfortable coming back at the day’s end which felt like coming home.||When there was an issue with the smell of marijuana in the hallways - and even going through the gap into our room underneath the door,

Friendly and helpful staff..except Bistro breakfast counter staff were moody. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The evening saturday staff were super welcoming. Food was surprisingly very good for both breakfast and dinner. Prices were a little high $16 for an omelet with potatoes. Very tasty..best fried potatoes!! Rooms and lobby were updated. On par with courtyard standards. It was clean and conveniently located near RT 15. 5 min from SONO mall. Restaurants 5 mins walking distance from hotel. Pleasant stay. Safe area. $600 for two nights with breakfast included with all fees...

Exceptional staff made our visit wonderful. Special appreciation to Autumn at the front desk who managed our requests with a warm smile and a “can do” attitude. She juggled our room requests with ease.
